Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Web Crafts, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
2. Project-Based Services
For website development, app development, and branding projects:
- Before Work Begins: Full refund minus any processing fees if cancellation occurs before we start work.
- During Discovery/Planning Phase: 75% refund if canceled before design or development work begins.
- After Design Approval: 25% refund if canceled after design approval but before development is complete.
- After Project Completion: No refunds once the final deliverables have been approved and delivered.
3. Recurring Services
For SEO, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, and other monthly retainer services:
- Services are billed in advance at the beginning of each month
- Cancellations must be submitted at least 15 days before the next billing cycle
- No refunds for the current billing period once services have commenced
- Partial month refunds may be considered for unused ad spend (if not yet deployed)
4. Ad Spend Refunds
Advertising budget that has not yet been spent on campaigns may be refunded upon request. Spent ad budgets are non-refundable as they have already been paid to advertising platforms.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Third-party tool subscriptions or software licenses purchased on your behalf
- Domain name registrations and hosting fees (handled by third parties)
- Consultation fees for strategy sessions that have already been conducted
- Rush fees or expedited delivery charges
6. Quality Commitment
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, we will first attempt to resolve the issue through revisions and improvements at no additional cost. Refunds are considered only when we cannot meet the agreed deliverables despite reasonable efforts.
7. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email hello@webcrafts.agency with your project details and reason for refund
- Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
8. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all concerns amicably. If a refund dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action.
9. Policy Changes
Web Crafts reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
